1. Moss vs. Buf- I’ve developed this formula: Moss+ Monday Night opener+ Brady’s return+ vs. Buffalo = one gigantic game.
2. A. Johnson vs. NYJ- He’s just too good
3. Boldin vs. SF- Hurt hammy but is the toughest guy in all of football, so that’s no concern. Last year 174 yards 2TD in two games vs. 49ers.
4. Fitzgerald vs. SF- 2 TD vs. SF in ‘08.
5. Wayne vs. Jax- looks to continue his dominance of Jags. 183 yards TD in ‘08 games.
6. Colston vs. Det- man among boys vs. Lions last year, 9-99-2 in week 16.
7. White vs. Mia- Looks to start earning that big contract. Should have field day with “Flyin” Matt Ryan.
8. C. Johnson @ NO- will be playing form behind all game and can exploit those “shut down” corners in the Bayou.
9. S. Smith vs. Phi- If anyone gets in his way is not opposed to break people’s faces.
10. B. Edwards vs. Min- will probably be playing from behind and his big body can be put to good use vs. the weak link of the Vikings D.
11. TJ Housh vs. STL- The Rams are no good so it should provide Housh a good platform to launch his Seahawks career.
12. Jennings vs. Chi- only 102 yards in two games vs. Pack in ’08 but a sneaky 2 TDs.
13. Ochocinco vs. Den- If the Bengals’ offence is back in form he should put a beat down on the most overrated secondary in football. Plus could collect some more scoring with extra points and in game Tweets
14. Welker vs. Buf- 9-107 vs. Buff in only full game in ’08. Oh ya, Brady is also back
15. Marshall @ Cin- he’s playing and he has something to prove. Move up accordingly if your league gives points for punts.
16. V. Jackson @ Oak- 5-148-1 week 14 vs. Raiders but if Nnamdi is on him divide that by 10 for accurate results.
17. Royal @ Cin- Cinci’s D is horrendous, Royal “with cheese” is good. Should be a good week, just sit back on enjoy that burger.
18. H. ward vs. Tenn- Match up nightmare for Titans. Week 16 posted a 7-107-1 line.
19. Mason vs. KC- Captain consistency should post a good line coming out of a “lengthy” retirement.
20. Berrian @ Cle- If he can get in on the blow out action watch out, he’ll be berrian them.
21. Owens @ NE- Just don’t see it this week.
22. D. Jackson @ Car- Convoluted receiving corps will be sorted out at some point, just not this week.
23. Bryant vs. Dal- 45 yards vs. Boys in -08 and '09 verison includes less talent at QB
24. A. Gonzalez vs. Jax- only 75 yards vs. jags in ‘08 but now a full fledge starter.
25. Driver vs. Chi- Consistent, if not great 62.5 ypg vs. Bears in ‘08.
26. Moore vs. Det- why? Because he’s playing the Lions
27. Holt @ Ind- Should Develop into Garrard’s main target, could be good for a score.
28. R. Williams @ TB- I don’t know. He’s the hardest player to project this year, so I’ll be down on him until he shows me something.
29. Bowe @ Balt- Could prove me wrong here but come on, the Raven’s are going to treat the Chiefs like Vick does dogs
30. Cotchery @ Hous- If this game becomes a shootout Cotchery could be very okish.
31. J. Morgan @ Arz- someone has to make some catches against the below average Cards D, good sleeper this week
32. S. Moss @ NYG- Combined 97 yards vs. giants last year. Also, he’s worse than any Kate Hudson movie.
33. L. Evans @ NE- Will be brought down by the NE spectacle. Combined 85 yards vs. NE in ‘08
34. D. Avery @ Sea- injuries put him this low. He could be a decent sleeper this week as well.
35. Hester @ GB- A quality 3-19-0 line in 2 games vs. Pack in ‘08 for “The Molester”
36. K Walter vs. NYJ- Not everyone is going to be good for Houston this week, their secondary is just too good.
37. C. Henry vs. Den- Always a threat to score. Move up higher if he’s not in jail by game time.
38. Ginn @ Atl- If they are playing from behind could be on the receiving end of a Pennignton 15 yard “bomb”
39. Chambers @Oak- If Nnamdi is on Jackson look for Chambers to score.
40. S. Holmes vs. Tenn- great 5-93-1 line from week 16 last season but I just really don’t trust the guy. He’s definitely not afraid of a 1-9-0 line.
Possible Sleepers:
Mike Walker
Vern Coles
Percy Harvin- Not so much a time
Hixon
Galloway
Breaston
Bruce
M. Clayton
