Half Time

- Derrick Mason grabbed an early touchdown pass and took a terrible tumble in the process. He’s returned now and is posting huge first half numbers: 6-77-1. He’s Flacco’s only safe option today and he’s looking like he’ll post double digit catches, PPR owners rejoice.

-Steve Smith is looking like he’s becoming an elite talent at receiver. He and Eli are turning into legit studs. Manning has multiple TD passes in three straight weeks and Smith has four TDs in four games.

- Ochocinco Looks back. He hauled in a very tough grab early against the Browns. Now Benson needs to get going and should be fed the ball all second half.

- Calvin Johnson is having monster first half. He has 5-119 and with the way this game is going he’s probably going to score. Kevin Smith can’t get anything going on the ground. Fortunately for his owners, he looks to be the recipient of the Jerome Bettis Award for most outstanding fantasy day while doing nothing: He’s has 12 rushes for 14 yards but has scored twice. The Lions’ offense is coming around each week with Matt Stafford building chemistry with the player makers on this team.

- Jay Cutler is going off. Matt Forte is going to score in this game, he’s looking good.

- So is my main man Mike Sims-Walker, hope you picked him up. He grabbed two TDs in the first half. Jacksonville is putting a hurting on Tennessee to the point where we may get a Vince Young sighting.

- Louis Murphy can’t catch. He’s dropped four passes in the first half, including an impressive three in a row. Murphy must be a graduate of the Braylon Edwards school of receiving.

- Reggie Wayne is everywhere. He has 55-56-1.

- STEVE SLATON!!!! I hope you kept the faith. He has a TD run of 32 yards and a TD catch of 18. Slaton is having far and way the best day so far from the running back group.

- My love for Run DMC isn’t going so well, 3 rushes -5 yards. Minus!!!
